Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Ability to work unconventional hours and handle stress

Job duties

  • Manage customer onboarding
  • Communicating with customers about the progress of the set up
  • Provide an ongoing phone, chat and e-mail support
  • Coordinate tasks among other employees and contribute to their tasks whenever needed
  • Developing support documents and knowledge base articles

PHP Software Developer

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and client communication
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal), other languages is a plus
  • Expert knowledge of PHP
  • Expert knowledge of mySQL and Databases
  • Expert knowledge of CSS, Javascript, HTML5
  • Expert knowledge of Linux
  • Expert knowledge with JSON/XML APIs
  • Expert knowledge of AWS and Security Protocols
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Job duties

  • Lead the development of LiveOptical SaaS platform
  • Manage other software developers and team members via project management tools
  • Participate in recruitment of other team members
  • Communicate with company directors about setting up priorities for short and long term
  • Coordinate tasks among other employees and contribute to their tasks whenever needed
  • Developing support documents and knowledge base articles
