Refund Policy

LiveOptical service is billed monthly. There are no refunds or return of fees for the provided service.

You can cancel the service at any time without any reason. Simply e-mail that you would like to cancel service and it will be cancelled within 48 hours. The current month will not be refunded.

In case of unforeseen circumstances it is possible to pause the service and temporarily take your website offline. There will be no monthly fee for the temporarily paused account, however after 6 months of inactivity paused webstore will be deleted.

If you travel for the prolonged time and can’t fulfill orders, your webstore can be made “View Only”, which means that all pages will be loaded and updated, but customers won’t be able to purchase anything (click Add to Cart button). This is an advisable method to keep your webstore active and not lose Google ranking.
